The community grants program provides the council with a strategic opportunity to work in partnership with community groups and organisations to create and promote a socially inclusive City of Port Phillip. The grants help to promote council program priorities while promoting social inclusion and community engagement by encouraging and valuing the contribution and participation of the Port Phillip community.
